5 students on their way to fight Climate Change

We are five master students studying Environmental Studies and Sustainability Sciences at Lund University. In our course “Knowledge to Action” we were asked to design and implement a self directed, action-oriented research project, to address environmental problems.

Coming from different backgrounds and having different fields of interest, we were discussing various project options until we worked out our common concern of unsustainable and unethical practices of banks in Sweden. We quickly realized that this issue is a very serious problem in the context of fighting climate change and, unfortunately, still lacks public awareness. This is why we set ourselves the task to raise awareness and educate people about this crucial topic in order to drive change in the long-run and fight climate change and its far-reaching impacts.
